1 Nature and Scope of the Agreement

5 Account Suspension or Closure

bz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraud, deceptive activity, or system abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

6 Deposit Policy

The currently accepted payment methods at bz99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.)

• The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.
• Your wallet balance will be updated once the deposit transaction is complete.
• Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit — bz99 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• All transactions are processed in Taka (BDT/৳).

7 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
• Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

8 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total wallet balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a bonus of ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → total wallet balance ৳15,000.

After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement is 10x, applied only to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

9 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus offers apply once only and to a single account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• bz99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud is suspected, bz99 may forfeit the bonus and close the account.

10 VIP Program

The bz99 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

11 Acceptable Use Policy

While using the bz99 platform, you are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.

• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability
